New tenants

Not much happening on the possum front.they have been remarkably quiet, unlike the new tenants; a pair of RATS. Cute enough, very smart and dapper in their grey topped and white bibbed and bellied suits. They have a vibrant and squeekily noisy sex life at all times of day and night. I will have to talk to M because those randy little bastards will Have To Go. Buddhist as I am I can't abide living with them, they keep me awake most of the night and their clattering around the kitchen looking for edibles is disturbing in the extreme. Somehow M will have to terminate their leases with extreme prejudice.
